Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

I. NO REFUND POLICY ON TRANSACTION FEE

At VisitorTrust, our general policy is your purchase of our website service and the transaction fee will be considered final and no refund shall be applicable.

II. BUYER AND SELLER REFUNDS

Visitortrust.com does not set a refund on behalf of the Sellers. The Seller shall be responsible for communicating its refund policy to the Customers and to issue the refund as per refund policy and following applicable laws. All issues related to refund shall always be between the Customer and the Seller. We (visitortrust.com) are not liable for any refund-related claims in connection with Seller and Seller hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Website in connection therewith. The buyer can request a refund with a proper explanation of the reasons for the refund requested. If it is related to the item itself, the Buyer must provide photo evidence of the claim. If the Buyer and Seller are unable to resolve the issue, the website Management will step in.
